Buyer’s Closing Checklist

Please bring the following items to the closing:

Valid Driver’s license or other photo identification.

Certified check made payable to yourself for the amount specified by the lender or closing attorney. It will need to be endorsed at the time of the closing.

Homeowner’s/Hazards insurance policy with proof of one year’s payment.

Personal checkbook, in case a small charge comes up.

Any original power of attorney to be used at the closing. It must be approved by the lender prior to closing.

Documents required by the lender, such as last paycheck, gift letter, etc.

If nedded, termite letter.

If needed, repair invoices for items to be paid at closing.
