Seller’s Closing Checklist

Please bring the following items to the closing

Valid Driver’s License or photo identification.
Any original power of attorney to be used.
Reports for termites septic and well.
House keys and garage opener.
Social Security number.
New address.
If needed, repair invoices for items to be paid at closing.
